About Us
We are a well-established Manchester (UK) based Dyson and Sebo specialist, the largest independent in the north of England. We are a British family business, and we are proud of that. The old adage 'big enough to cope - small enough to care' describes us perfectly. Our roots in the appliance trade go back to the 1980s, and the business in its current form has been around for over twenty years.
The reason you found us (or were recommended to us) is because we know about Sebo, and our reputation precedes us.
I’m an online customer and appreciate the range of Sebo supplies and accessories with fast delivery. I use Sebo Shop because I find that delivery is faster than the official Sebo shop (although I’m fairly close to Manchester, so that could play a role). I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the products, the packaging, or the delivery. It’s always been great. If I were in the area, I would definitely visit the shop.
People drive to our Manchester trade counter and showroom from Lancashire, Cheshire, Liverpool, Yorkshire, Birmingham and sometimes even further afield. We mainly serve customers in the UK, with bespoke online orders also going to places such as Australia, the USA and even Russia.
You may choose to do business with us over the internet. Here is what you want to know before you do: We are not just another faceless internet site or some random dropshipper. We have real landline phone numbers that people actually answer (well, when we are open and not helping other customers, anyway). And you can go and find us on Google Maps if you want to, in order to make sure that we actually are where we say we are (people like to do that). So many websites you can find on the internet are simply smoke and mirrors, and you have no clue who you are giving your money to.
With us, you don't call a dodgy "08" telephone number; we speak plain (mostly native) British English, we actually care that you are happy with your purchases, and we even ring you back when we said we would. Isn't that how things used to be and how they should be? We think so.
Quality Matters
We are approved Sebo agents and carry both the commercial and domestic range of Sebo vacuums.
Unlike many online sellers of Sebo vacuum spares, we don't just stock the cheapest Chinese parts we can find. As an independent business, we have the freedom to sell what we believe in, not just what we're told to sell. As specialists in Sebo, we supply the same parts we use ourselves when rebuilding and servicing machines. That means a mixture of genuine Sebo parts, carefully selected alternatives from trusted suppliers (often British-based), and, where appropriate, our own-brand items that offer better value or quality.
Many of these alternatives are known as OEM parts, which stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. These non-branded items are often made in the same factories as the genuine ones, just without the branding or premium price tag. We also dismantle thousands of end-of-life vacuums every year to salvage usable parts, so you'll find a good selection of carefully tested recycled items in our shop, too. It's a greener choice, and it saves you money.
If a part is poor quality or overpriced, it doesn't make it into our shop.

Being in Manchester, we get a sprinkling of media and sports personalities, and quite a few well-known politicians who choose us for their vacuum repairs or new vacuum too.
Many will recognise Edwina above. That white Sebo X7 you saw on Coronation St? That came from us. When the BBC want advice on vacuum cleaners, they come to us. When Gordon Burns from the Krypton Factor wants his vacuum repaired, he comes to us. When the actress Julie Hesmondhalgh wants her vacuum repaired, she comes to us. When the Telegraph want a quote for a news item, they ask us.
We also supply companies such as Gucci, Chanel, PWC, Hovis and Toyota. We've supplied the NHS, the Security Services and even Windsor Castle.
As you have probably gathered by now, we don't take ourselves too seriously. We try to inject a little humour here and there. You may notice that when reading some of our parts descriptions. We enjoy what we do, and we get it right most of the time (and if we get it wrong, we'll fix it). Our objective is that you get what you bought in a timely manner, at a reasonable price, and are happy enough about the service you received that you tell your family, friends, or maybe choose to leave us a review.
