This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website, and Manchester Vacs (trading as Sebo Shop), the owner of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur once our payment provider sends a confirmation email indicating that your payment has been accepted.

This Website is set up for UK customers. If Goods are ordered from outside the UK, additional charges such as import duties and taxes may be applied once the Goods reach their destination. Sebo Shop is not responsible for these charges. As the purchaser, you will be the importer of record and must ensure compliance with your country’s laws. Goods may be inspected by customs authorities, and we cannot guarantee that packaging will be free of signs of inspection.

10. Termination and Cancellation

10.1 We reserve the right to cancel purchases before dispatch without stating reasons.

10.2 Cancelled purchases will be refunded in full.

10.3 B2B sales:

• All commercial vacuum cleaners, commercial parts, and any parts designed for trade installation are sold strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, even if purchased by private individuals.
• Any orders delivered to a commercial address will be treated as B2B.
• B2B sales are not subject to consumer protection laws including the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
• Where we agree to a discretionary return, a 30% restocking fee applies, and the return must be authorised in advance at the buyer’s expense.

11. Goods, Pricing and Availability

• We aim to ensure all descriptions match actual Goods, but minor variations may occur.
• You may be required to select product features (size, colour, model, etc.) before purchase.
• Availability may change quickly; stock levels are not guaranteed.
• Prices are correct at the time of listing but may change.
• All prices include VAT.
• Spare parts should be fitted by competent persons. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting or for voided warranties.

12. Delivery

• We notify you by email or SMS when your Goods are dispatched, including tracking information.
• If you raise no issues within 7 working days of delivery, Goods are deemed received in full working order.
• We dispatch using Royal Mail Tracked services or courier where appropriate. Proof of delivery provided by the carrier is binding.
• Delivery to insecure locations: If mail is left in a communal or insecure area (including with neighbours), it is considered delivered. We cannot be responsible once Royal Mail confirm delivery.

• On the day if a full business-day email is received,
• The next business day if sent on a weekend or public holiday.

20. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Sebo Shop agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
