There is a lot to be said for the old-fashioned way of doing things. Not everyone is comfortable ordering online, and not everyone wants to be. Some of our customers would simply rather pick up the phone, speak to a real person and have their order taken care of for them, the way things used be done. If you would prefer to order your Sebo spare parts by phone, and you know what you would like to order, you are very welcome to. Here is how it works.
What we can help with, and what we cannot
If you can tell us your Sebo model, we are happy to make sure you order the correct bags or filters to fit it. Matching the right consumable to a machine you can name is a simple thing, and we are glad to do it.
Speaking to an engineer is not a service we offer. We cannot diagnose faults, work out what is wrong with your machine, or tell you which part will put it right over the phone.
If your Sebo is making an unusual noise, has stopped working or is not running as it should, we are not able to tell you what the problem is over the phone. For anything beyond bags and filters, you will need to know the part you want before you call. Failing which, we do have a send in repair service.
If you are not yet sure which part you need, the website is the place to start. You can browse by model, see the parts that fit your machine and identify the right one there, then either order online or call us to place the order once you know what you are after.
The telephone order service charge
A modest £5.99 service charge applies to orders placed by phone. This contributes towards the time involved in taking the order and entering the details by hand.
Orders placed through our website do not carry this charge, as you enter your own details online. The choice is entirely yours, and both routes get you the same Sebo parts.
Ordering Sebo spare parts by phone
Our phone lines are open:
- Monday to Friday: noon to 4pm
- Saturday: 10am to 2pm
- Sunday: closed
- Christian and public holidays: closed
Once you know the part you need, call us on 0161 223 6814 and a member of the team will take your order. We carry the full Sebo range, from the Automatic X machines and the Felix and Dart uprights through to the commercial cleaners, including filters, drive belts, brush rollers, hoses, dust bags and replacement PCBs.
What to have ready before you call
To keep your call quick and get the order right first time, please have the following to hand:
- Your Sebo model name or number. This is usually printed on a silver label on the body or underside of the machine.
- The part you want to order. A part number is ideal, or for bags and filters simply the model they are for.
- Your delivery address and a payment card. We take payment securely over the phone once you are happy with the order.
