SEBO BALANCE A1: A New Entry in the Cordless Market
The BALANCE A1 is a departure from Sebo’s traditional focus on high-performance, mains-powered, bagged vacuum cleaners. Available in Magenta, Blue, and Grey, it follows the design of popular stick vacuums, offering a lightweight, bagless, battery-powered alternative.
What We Know So Far
The SEBO BALANCE A1 has been introduced in Germany, with no confirmed release date for the UK as yet. It is expected to be available in early to mid-2025, with prices starting at £300.

Lightweight Design
Weighing 2.3 kg, the BALANCE A1 is a lightweight option in the cordless stick vacuum category.
Battery-Powered Operation
Equipped with a digital brushless motor and a high-performance battery, the BALANCE A1 claims to offer strong suction power. The battery runtime is stated to be up to 48 minutes on the lower power setting (Level 1).
Noise Levels
Operating at 70 dB in Level 1 mode, the BALANCE A1 is designed to be relatively quiet.
Filtration System
The BALANCE A1 includes a multi-stage cyclone separation system, with the following components:
- Main cyclone separator for larger debris.
- Six mini-cyclones for fine dust filtration.
- Motor protection filter for extended durability.
- Micro-hygiene filter with EPA 10 filtration, aimed at capturing allergens and fine particles.
Additional Features
The vacuum features an LED display indicating battery charge percentage, along with power level adjustments via integrated buttons.
