Looking to buy Sebo vacuums or spares with a purchase order, business credit account, or pay later terms? We don’t offer that. Here’s why it saves you money.
We get phone calls every week from schools, churches, councils, and businesses asking about opening trade accounts, sending purchase orders, or paying on invoice terms. We don’t do any of that, and here’s why and how it benefits you.
What We Don’t Accept
We don’t operate using:
- Purchase orders
- Invoicing with payment terms (30 days, 60 days, etc.)
- Trade accounts or credit accounts
- Any form of “pay later” arrangements (with the exception of PayPal “Pay in Three” if eligible).
- Cheques (yes, people still ask about cheques as if it’s 1979)
There’s no need to open any kind of account with us. We don’t need trade references, company registration numbers for credit checks, or any of that time-consuming admin.

What We Do Accept
Payment is simple and immediate:
- Credit or debit card payments (in person or online)
- Bank transfer in advance for larger orders (more on this below)
- Cash at our trade counter in person if you prefer
Why This Keeps Your Costs Down
Here’s the bit that matters to your budget: you’ll typically save £50 to £150 per Sebo machine compared to suppliers who offer credit terms. Sometimes, more on commercial models.
Why? Because offering credit costs money. Significant money. Every supplier offering 30 or 60-day terms is carrying these costs:
- Credit control staff chasing late payments
- Bad debt (businesses that never pay)
- Cash flow financing (they need working capital while waiting for payment)
- Administrative overhead processing invoices and statements
All of that gets added to the price you pay. We don’t carry those costs, so we don’t charge you for them. You pay for your Sebo when you order. We send it. Or you call and collect it and pay for it then. That’s why we significantly undercut Amazon (who charge businesses 20 to 40% of the gross order value) and the larger cleaning equipment suppliers who offer credit facilities.
“But Our Accounts Department Needs a Purchase Order Number”
No problem. They can put a purchase order number in the order notes during checkout. It will be visible on your invoice/receipt. You still pay when you order, you still get the invoice, and they still get their paperwork for the audit trail. The only difference is that the payment happens immediately instead of 30 days later.
“Our System Only Processes Supplier Invoices, We Can’t Pay Online”
We hear this one constantly. Here’s the reality: if Windsor Castle, the Ministry of Defence, and multiple NHS trusts can find a way to pay us online or in advance, your accounts department can too.
We supply:
- Several royal households (yes, including Windsor Castle)
- Large PLCs, including Guinness and Toyota
- Local authorities nationwide
- ITV and other media companies
- Various NHS trusts and GP surgeries
- Gucci, Chanel and other high-end retail chains
- Government departments and agencies
- The British Security Services
Our Sebo vacuum cleaners sit in some of the most bureaucratic, process-heavy organisations in the country. Their accounts departments all found a way to process payment when or before ordering. Why? Because they’re saving substantial money compared to their usual suppliers, who build credit costs into the price.
Most larger organisations have petty cash systems, procurement cards, or can raise advance payment authorisations when there’s a clear cost benefit. Speak to your finance people and explain you’re saving £100+ per machine. They’ll find a method.

Larger Orders and Proforma Invoices
If you’re ordering several machines at once or have a genuinely substantial order, we can work with proforma invoices and bank transfer. You’ll receive a proforma, transfer payment to our bank, and we’ll dispatch once cleared.
But (and this is important) we don’t do this for small orders. A couple of packets of bags or a single machine? Please order and pay online. The administrative time processing bank transfers and proforma invoices is too labour-intensive for the modest profit on small orders. That’s why we don’t offer credit terms: it would either make small orders unviable or force us to raise prices across the board.
Schools, Churches, and Charities
We understand you’re working with tight budgets. We appreciate that. But offering credit terms on small orders would mean raising our prices to cover the associated costs, which would help nobody.
The cleaning equipment market is competitive, and margins are slim. We cut out everything that adds cost without adding value. Purchase orders and credit facilities add cost without adding value.
Business-to-Business Terms Apply
All transactions with businesses, schools, and organisations are on B2B terms. This means no change of mind returns. You’re buying as a business, you’re expected to know what you need. Check compatibility before ordering. Ask questions if unsure. But once you’ve paid and taken delivery, it belongs to you.
This is standard commercial practice, and it’s another reason our prices are lower. Consumer returns cost money. We don’t process consumer returns on B2B sales, so we don’t inflate prices to cover return handling. This is why you pay significantly more on Amazon.
The Best Deal on Sebo Vacuums and Spares
You want the best price on genuine Sebo vacuums and parts. We want to supply them at the best price we can offer. Credit terms would benefit neither of us: they’d just add 15 to 20% to what you pay while creating administrative headaches for both sides.
Pay when you order, get very competitive pricing, and get Royal Mail delivery on most items. Everyone wins.
If you genuinely need a proforma invoice for a substantial order, please email us. For everything else, please order online or call and collect.
